Q: What format will the notices be in?
A: We normally send an email with an html attachment but if you have special requirements please call us to discuss other options. To see an example of a real notice please register and you can select a notice and see what it looks like.

Q: Can I have a demonstration of the service?
A: Please register (free) and you can select recent notices to look at. When you first sign up to our service, we prepare a search profile for your company which we test on recently published notices to validate it. In addition, you have the option of cancelling within the first 30 days of the subscription without penalty if you decide it is not suitable for your business needs.

Q: Suppose my needs change after I have signed up for the service, can I change the search criteria?
A: Yes, it’s all included in the service, you just email or call us to discuss your new requirements..

Q: How can I make sure that the information goes to the other people who need it if I am away?
A: OJwatch will send it to as many email addresses as you need.

Q: Can you select information about individual countries in Europe?
A: Yes. Just tell us which country or countries interest you.

Q: Do the notices contain the contact details I need?
A: Yes.
 
Q: Can you search notices in a foreign language?
A: Yes,  but we may need to ask you for key words in the foreign language. We will also send you a copy of the notice in its original language as well as its English summary.

Q: What if  I decide that my business is not yet ready to cope with the tenders I am receiving?
A: If you decide within the first month of receiving the service that it is not for you we will refund your subscription as stated in our guarantee. If you decide to cancel part way through an annual subscription we will refund any “unused” quarters less an administration fee.
